Refund Policy for Private Courses

Emporia Education has the following cancellation and refund policy for all Learning courses. Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you sign.


Scope: This Policy is applicable to processing of any refund of applicable fees paid by the Customers for enrolling their wards from Grade-1to Grade 12 (“Students”) to such classroom courses as more particularly identified in the order form (“Order Form”) submitted by the Customer at the time of enrolling the Student in the respective course (hereinafter “Course”) under Emporia Education


1. Validity This Policy shall come into effect from 1st Dec 2024 and shall continue to remain valid until it is specifically replaced/ revoked by us. Any refund request, received from you on or after 1st Dec. 2024, will be processed in accordance with this Policy. No refunds will be offered.


2. Once the user signup the website and enrol and pay to take the course the user could not cancel the payment.


3. No any refund policy after the payment done from user side.


I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions laid down in regarding the policy concerning cancellation, lateness and refunds.
